1. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing tinnitpro@gmail.com.
- After 6 hours or once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
2. Refund Policy
- We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
To request a refund:
- Email us at tinnitpro@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Attach clear photos and your order number for verification.
3. Refund Timeline
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
4. No Refund Cases
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Used products
- Delay caused by courier partners
